BBQ Burger withMild Blue Cheese

MAKES ABOUT 8 Ounces

INGREDIENTS:

4 4-ounce beef hamburger patties

4 ounces Whey Cool Kitchen Mild Blue Cheese

8 oz barbeque sauce

4 burger buns

Salt & Pepper

LTO (lettuce, tomato, onion)

PREP:

Prepare gas or charcoal grill. Put Salt & Pepper (as desired) on both sides of the burgers.  Place patties on heated grill and cook for about 3 minutes.  Flip burger and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until slightly pink in the center.  (Cook longer for a more well-done burger.)  Remove burgers to a platter and top with equal portions of Whey Cool Kitchen Mild Blue Cheese.  Cover platter tightly with aluminum foil and let burgers rest 5 minutes so that cheese will melt. Lightly grill the buns, face down on the heat. 

To assemble, spread barbeque sauce on the bottom bun, top with burger patty, LTO and additional barbeque sauce as desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
