1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Whey Cool Kitchen Creamy Havarti
Your favorite salsa
Sour cream, chopped cilantro, pico de gallo, hot sauce
PREP:
Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and allow to melt. Pour in egg mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, until eggs are thickened and cooked through. Remove pan from heat.
Heat tortillas to soften (best method: about 20 seconds each in the microwave) and put on plates. Divide cheese evenly and place equal amounts on center of each tortilla. Top with salsa, as desired. Divide scrambled eggs evenly on the tortillas and roll into burritos.
Serve with sour cream, pico de gallo, chopped cilantro and/or your favorite hot sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
