Creamy Havarti Taquitos



Olive oil cooking spray

2 cups shredded cooked, rotisserie chicken

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon ground chili powder

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups (about 3 ounces) shredded Whey Cool Kitchen Creamy Havarti

20 corn tortillas

Topping ideas:

Sour Cream
Chopped cilantro
Pico de gallo
Hot sauce


In a medium bowl, combine chicken, cumin, chili powder, salt & shredded Whey Cool Kitchen Creamy Havarti.

Separate corn tortillas into 2 stacks of 10 each.  To soften the tortillas, wrap each stack in damp paper towels.  Microwave for 60 seconds per stack. 

Assemble taquitos a few at a time by placing 1-2 tablespoons of chicken and cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla.  Roll taquitos tightly.  Place taquitos, seam side down, on prepared baking sheet.  Continue assembling until all filling is used. 

Spray the taquitos generously with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until taquitos are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and serve warm with desired toppings.  Enjoy!
